What is CareNet?
MCC CareNet is a community service that addresses food insecurity in our local community by partnering with other community services to build networks, share resources and strengthen our overall community.
Food Relief:

We offer:
- Hampers of non-perishable groceries
- Household cleaning products
- Personal hygiene products
- Fresh fruit and vegetables
- Frozen meals
Times and Locations
CareNet’s food relief program operates each Tuesday from 10am to 2pm by appointment, at Manningham Christian Centre. Walk ins excepted for first appointments.
The Mobile Pantry can be found at:
Warrandyte Neighbourhood House carpark 10am to 12pm every Wednesday.
Wonga Park Community Cottage 12.30pm to 2.30pm, every second Wednesday
Pentecost Church 3pm to 5pm every Thursday
Donations
CareNet accepts donations of Non-perishable food, toiletries, cleaning products, vouchers and financial donations. Donations can be dropped off to Manningham Christian Centre on Tuesday’s (10am – 2pm) & Friday (10.30am – 1pm). Donations can also be dropped off to The Mobile Pantry locations through the week.

Volunteering
CareNet has a number of volunteering opportunities on a Tuesday, Friday, and through The Mobile Pantry. Please contact Kellie at carenetoffice@manninghamcc.org to enquire.
